If you think your staging job is too challenging and can’t be done, I will challenge that.  Two weeks ago was a whirlwind.  Three projects in a week and a half, but there was one that stood out above the rest.

Now 3 projects in 1 1/2 weeks may not seem bad to people.  Yet, there is a lot of backend preplanning that needs to take place so when the day comes you are efficient and have what you need.

Think Your Staging Job Is Too Challenging

What I really want to talk about was my craziest job yet! When I say crazy, it was the good kind of crazy — exciting, invigorating, and challenging.

It started Mid-week when I get a call asking if I would be interested in staging 6 cabins. My response? Ah, YES!

When we met, I learned not only was it six cabins.  I learned we had to work with the majority of what was already there and it all had to be done between check-out and check-in.

In their current state, the cabins are a resort but the owner is now selling them off individually.

The crinkle in the plan was that checkout was at 9:30 a.m. and two cabins were slotted for early check-in at 12:30 p.m.  To top it off, it all must be done THIS Saturday.

Pure Magic

What I watched happen that day was magic. Thanks to an amazing team of 6 teenagers and two realtors.

I’m happy to say we did it. We got a system going and executed like clockwork. We staged each cabin on time and slightly different from the last. That day, I watched how getting people in their lane was magical.

Even if you think your staging job is too challenging or that your home is a lost cause, I will tell you, I’m ready for the challenge!

Let me have at it and I think you will be amazed at what can happen.
