Home Staging Process
1. WALKTHROUGH
We’ll start with a thorough walkthrough of home to determine exactly what needs to be done to ready the home for sale.
2. DECLUTTER & ORGANIZE
I will recommend which items of furniture and household possessions should stay and which should be removed, as well as give guidance on how to declutter and depersonalize your house. This can be the most challenging as homeowner have personal attachment to their things and their home.
3. REPAIR
Help arrange for recommended repairs or other major work on the home — by lining up carpenters, painters, and landscapers, and overseeing their work. Staging estimate does not include the cost of these additional services.
4. STAGE
Once the decluttering and repairs have been done, it’s time to bring in furniture, art work, curtains, carpets, pillows, and detail pieces to pull it all together. The goal is to present the home in the best possible light to potential buyers.
