We help the homeowner get rid of clutter and depersonalize the home so that potential buyers will be able to see themselves living there.
From cleanliness to the state of repair to furniture arrangement; Kreat & Design attends to all of these details for our home staging clients.
Home Staging Process
We’ll start with a thorough walkthrough of home to determine exactly what needs to be done to ready the home for sale.
2. DECLUTTER & ORGANIZE
I will recommend which items of furniture and household possessions should stay and which should be removed, as well as give guidance on how to declutter and depersonalize your house. This can be the most challenging as homeowner have personal attachment to their things and their home.
Help arrange for recommended repairs or other major work on the home — by lining up carpenters, painters, and landscapers, and overseeing their work. Staging estimate does not include the cost of these additional services.
Once the decluttering and repairs have been done, it’s time to bring in furniture, art work, curtains, carpets, pillows, and detail pieces to pull it all together. The goal is to present the home in the best possible light to potential buyers.

Featured Staging Projects
This newly built home in the Arabella Ranch development was a blank slate when we began staging. I completely staged every room in this house to help the house feel like a home and allow potential buyers visualize how to use the space.
